You are always free to cancel or exchange order prior to it being shipped.
Please inspect your items and report to customer service any issues within 2 business days of it being received. —
If your item is defective, has missing parts/hardware, or is damaged (manufacturer damage), please email customer service immediately.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that for items which are not a manufacturer defect you are required to pay return shipping and insurance. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, like-new, unassembled (with all package contents being unopened, such as hardware).
Exchanges – When you request a return, we will generate a return shipping label that will be sent to you to include with your package(s), and those return shipping costs will be deducted from your new order amount, with any differences being refunded, if applicable. Returns – When you request a return, we will generate a return shipping label that will be sent to you to include with your package(s), and those return shipping costs will be deducted from your original order total upon the returned items being approved and processed.
Calculating Your Refund For example, if your order total was $1,000, and the return shipping cost was $200, you’d receive a refund of $800. You will be quoted this amount prior to approving the return, which case it’d be your choice to continue returning the item(s).
Refunds are sent to the original payment method (times varies based on method, but we will do our best to expedite your refund). If for some reason your original payment method is no longer available or usable, we can provide a check payment by mail.
For items that are defective, the manufacturer will take necessary steps to resolve your issue. Please contact us if when this occurs, so we may assist you.
